For what we are exploring this is what you will need and wont need:
No Need for Software Tools: You don’t need any special software or qualifications. What’s most important is having the right mindset for design. You don’t need to be a professional—just bring creativity and innovation to the table. Even if you’re not naturally creative, you’re still welcome to join and explore.
Ideal Participants: While anyone can join, having a background in building design, interior design, architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, or being an artist, decorator, or sculptor will help you get the most out of these tools.

No Experience or Talent Required:
The tools are cloud-based, user-friendly, and accessible to anyone interested in design. No prior experience or talent is needed—just a willingness to dive in and learn.
Drive for Refinement: The key to success is the drive to refine and perfect your ideas. These tools are designed to enhance your creative process and help you evolve your designs.

3 Session to our process

In our three-session process, we’ll take you through a step-by-step exploration of using AI tools to enhance your design work. Each session will guide you through different stages, from setting up the software to refining your final presentation boards. Whether you're an experienced designer or just starting, these sessions will empower you to create stunning visuals and streamline your design workflow. Each session will include my mentorship, Jason Josselsohn, as well as live Zoom interactions with our community, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process.

Session 1: Set-Up Phase - In our first session, we’ll walk through the process of installing or subscribing to the software, setting up within the Discord community platform, and provide an overview of the current design landscape with AI, highlighting various opportunities.

Session 2: Ideation Phase - In the second session, we’ll explore how to guide the AI to create specific material styles, environmental conditions, and landscape contexts, with room for variations and refinements. These visuals are conceptual and can be adjusted according to your vision, though not controlled by your drawings.
Controlling Visuals with the AI : In this session we’ll focus on how to easily generate visuals such as perspectives, elevations, and plans. You’ll learn to control design elements like building styles, materials, colors, and environmental conditions. We’ll also cover a wide range of possibilities, including interior and exterior looks, urban planning, landscaping, architectural exteriors, and artwork, as well as different drawing styles.

Session 3: Final Presentation Boards - Finally, we’ll encourage everyone to share their imagery in the Discord group for feedback and refinement. We will also explore the best workflows for assembling presentation boards using tools like Canva or Photoshop.

We will meet every Wednesday for 1 hour over 3 weeks, starting December 18th. The dates for the sessions are as follows:

1. Session 1: Wed - December 18, 2024
2. Session 2: Thurs - December 26, 2024
3. Session 3: January 2 Thursday , 2025 (Only if you don't have a hangover)
   
   I will provide you with a login to a membership area where you can save the schedule and receive reminders via my calendar. Each Wednesday, a link will be sent to you based on the time zone of your country. Simply click the link to join the live Zoom session. Additionally, a link with all the session times will be available inside your membership profile for easy reference.
   
   Each Zoom session will be recorded. If you miss a session, you can log in to your account and access the replay.

The cost for all three sessions is $397 USD. I’m running an early bird special, so if you register by Saturday , December 14th, you can secure your spot. After Saturday, the price will revert back to $697 USD.
