DEIGN ARCHITECT - JASON JOSSELSOHN REVEALS
Design Architect Generates Over $10 Million dollars in Fees by working smarter not harder
Hi, I'm Jason Josselsohn, a Design Architect. With 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege to work within top architectural firms, helping them win project generating millions of dollars in new project design fees.
In the early stages of my career, I was often pressed for time, overwhelmed, and lost within my own process. I found myself working late into the night — not heading home for dinner, but for breakfast. My nights were frustrating. Computers crashed during rendering. I faced tight deadlines and felt constant pressure. Meanwhile, my health got worse. I knew there had to be a better way.
I've always loved creating great architectural designs, whether alone or with a team. But there was a time when I felt overwhelmed and burnt out due to a lack of structure, skills, and workflow. I knew something had to change.
This realization made me rethink my design presentation workflow. I worked at the center of several commercial firms. I learned practical skills under real-world pressure and tight deadlines, which design school didn’t teach me . These skills help projects move forward, attract clients, and keep companies financially strong. Reducing inefficiencies and using the right tech tools boosted project acquisition rates. I also focused on clearer, more agile presentations with better visual impact. I have successfully used my process on more than Hundreds of commercial scheme big projects around the world, including :
- commercial developments
- retail centers
- urban city designs
- museums
- resorts
- hospitals
- industrial warehouses
- residential communities
In the last five years, I’ve taught this workflow to over 300 architects, which includes innovating an approach to schematic design, 3d modelling, 3d visualization and post production and layout.. I helped them learn the same skills that changed my career.
A smooth design process in a firm is more than a visual tool. It’s a strong business engine that can bring in millions in fees for the practice. It builds trust between firms and clients. It delivers clarity and sparks excitement. This injects the capital and momentum needed to move projects forward. It helps pay staff salaries and keeps the firm's finances running well.
Designers need more than intellect to succeed. They must have a simple, systematic approach to manage tools, workflows, and presentations. This helps them avoid burnout and save time. That's why I created the Design Architects Launch Formula. It’s a structured solution based on real-world experience. This formula has helped my students and me tackle these challenges. It has also allowed us to master visual communication.
The Hybrid Design Process
A Hybrid Design Architect seamlessly integrates robust design skills with effective presentation abilities, harnessing the full potential of computer tools mixed with learned techniques. This shift signifies a crucial evolution where designers can now master both domains. This integrated skill set not only facilitates winning projects and meeting deadlines but also ensures the ability to consistently impress clients during the design conversation.

Working through the process has enabled me to think about Design Architecture and what generates complexity, depth and form. I will take what I have learned back into my design process. This training has been a two-way street.

Eigh Pascual - Canadian Intern Architect
In my design studio, we do short proposals, and there is a consistent need to produce render proposals. The ArtfuL Sketch-like Renders look great at the conceptual stage and are easy to create.

Karibu Karanya - Uganda - Architect
My Background has been Archicad since 1990, will recommend it to any architect. The most crucial thing is the warm touch with the artful render compared to other programs, something priceless.

Ron Sieh | Architect USA
I like the sense of community sharing, and the tutorials are great. I was looking for a new technique. I traditionally use photo-realistic renders. I like the artistic, sketchy style and was excited to find a new way to produce easy renders that I don't have to overthink!

Binita Vora | Architect | Atlanta
I used photoshop to tweak the 3d imagery instead of returning to the 3d Model each time. The training was made simple and easy to understand.

"As impactful as the Artful Render is when you compare it to other Architects, our renders look far superior ..."

Jeri Spurling | Architect USA
I think it's genius how you put these various techniques from various software together and using your eye and knowledge....it helps take the control back from the computer in a pretty exciting way. I have never seen our business so busy, and this will help me.
