Harvest Media International LLC offers digital products, online courses, coaching programs, newsletters, and related educational content designed for designers and architects. All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. We use secure third-party payment processors for all transactions. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products, courses, memberships, or downloadable content once access has been granted.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to all purchased products and services, and to formally dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation. We take fraudulent claims seriously and will pursue all available legal remedies.
5. Access & License
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for your own personal or business purposes. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, or reproduce any content from our products without prior written permission from Harvest Media International LLC.
6. Membership & Subscription Programs
Some products are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring schedule until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting jason@theconceptdesignarchitect.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
