This Refund Policy applies to all products and services purchased through conceptdesignarchitect.com, owned and operated by Harvest Media International LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on conceptdesignarchitect.com are for digital products, online courses, coaching programs, memberships, and downloadable content. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital access, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to these terms.

Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

If you are enrolled in a monthly or recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time by contacting us at jason@theconceptdesignarchitect.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain full access through that date. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a subscription.

Technical Issues

If you are experiencing a technical problem that is preventing you from accessing content you have purchased, please contact us at jason@theconceptdesignarchitect.com before assuming a refund is necessary. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive full access to what you paid for.

Exceptions

We understand that unusual circumstances can arise. Any exceptions to this refund policy are made solely at the discretion of Harvest Media International LLC, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

To submit an exception request, please email jason@theconceptdesignarchitect.com with your order details and a full description of your situation. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us directly, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your access to all purchased products and services and to formally dispute the chargeback with your financial institution using all available documentation.

We strongly encourage you to reach out to us before taking that step — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and directly.
